Three days in Rome in Butter

A cashmere cardigan, a borrowed apartment and very little else.

We packed one bag for three days: the Butter cardigan, silk trousers in ecru and a pair of ivory ballet flats.

Rome in July is too hot for most things. Cashmere this light is not one of them; it goes on at dusk, when the city comes back outside.
